Your role

  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Support payroll & benefits processes
  • Act as first point of contact for employees and managers
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Coordinate and support HR topics for the Works Council
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collars
  • Lead succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with public employment services to support local hiring initiatives and workforce integration
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities
  • Contribute to workforce planning aligned with company growth strategies

Your profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with Works Council / social relations is an asset
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Resilient, takes ownership
