Our brand new laboratory sits in the middle of the EVERLAM Center of Competence as a clear sign that R&D is at the heart of the company’s strategy. Outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, it complements our new R&D extrusion line. These critical assets enable us to develop and test our future products, as well as partner with customers to jointly develop new laminated glass solutions that address modern architectural challenges.
Performance Monitoring Program
The Customer Service and R&D Lab further strengthens the EVERLAM Performance Monitoring Program, a collaborative service available to all our customers. Through a series of tests performed by our experts on customer laminated glass samples, the program provides joint analysis, enables the identification of performance trends, and supports the cross‑checking of results through a detailed and insightful report.
- Assessment of visual attributes of laminated glass samples, including the identification of even the most subtle defects.
- Physical performance measurements, such as impact resistance, PVB-to-glass adhesion, and moisture content within the PVB film.
- Material composition analysis using advanced chemical characterization techniques.
